Today we received a magnanimous letter from the Island Nature Trust in Prince Edward Island Their letter highlights the dedication and commitment of Come Walk With Us for its time on the Trans Canada Trail , our focus on Conservation in Canada, and raising awareness of Important Bird Areas and the protection of the Boreal Forest. Humbled as we received letters of Congratulations, Certificates of Achievement, and Letters of Accomplishment from Nature Conservation and Hiking clubs, as well as trail organizations from every province across Canada!   Thank you for your ongoing support over the past 4 years, 14,000 km and 556 days !     We are humbled by your encouragement and support! Come Walk With Us - Top Canadian Travel Blog !

Today Come Walk With Us was AGAIN named by Feedspot as one of the top Canadian Travel Blogs !  In 2022 our ranking shifted from being #47 to #37 !        After just a couple years of trekking on the Trans Canada Trail , writing over 800 blog entries, thousands of facebook and instagram posts and with just over 750,000 pictures taken - our goals of promoting diversity and accessibility in the outdoors and inspiring youth to reconnect to nature, from their backyards to the boreal, through birding and Citizen Science is garnering some serious attention! Members of Hike Nova Scotia were of terrific help while we ventured more than 14,000 km from the Atlantic to the Pacific on the Trans Canada Trail over the past four years! Come Walk With Us - 250th Free Presentation!

In 2019 before setting out on our 28,000 km expedition on the Trans Canada Trail to reconnect youth to nature, citizen science, and exploration we were hosted by Nature Newfoundland give the first talk for our #Hike4Birds .     #Hike4Birds Presentation, NatureNL Newfoundland   Since then we have given free bird talks and bird walks to nature groups, hiking organizations, school classrooms and politicians in every province across the country and around the world!     Falcon Lake School, MB   Last night we gave our 250th free presentation!
