Songs for the end of the Trans Canada Trail

 

Today we released our “Hiking Songs for the Northwest Territories” soundtrack, which is a list of songs which have inspired us while we trekked across Canada along the Trans Canada Trail in 2024 through Northern Alberta, Northern British Columbia and into the Yukon! 

 

Typically, these songs are chosen to mirror our excitement and energy of being out in nature.  This selection is a reflection of our entering of the #Hike4Bird’s final territory and the conclusion of our long 6 years on Canada’s Great Trail!

 

One of our traditions, starting in June 2019 while we trekked along The TCT starting in Newfoundland was to release a set of songs which have a special meaning for us, which we have heard a lot, have come to associate with our hike along the way, or that someone along the route pointed out to us. 

This is our last set of track listings - which now have stretched across 10 provinces, the northern sections of Alberta and BC and now 2 Territories!  We hope you have enjoyed!
